The fastest way to reach us is the request form.

It asks about the door before it asks about you, which is what lets us route the job correctly the first time instead of playing phone tag about whether your spring is broken.

Response time

Same business day

Ask before 5 p.m. local on a weekday and a person gets back to you the same business day. After that, the next business morning. That is a promise about our response, not about when a van turns up — the provider confirms that with you.

Emergencies

Call 911 first

If someone is injured or trapped, or there's smoke, burning, or electrical arcing, call emergency services. Don't wait on a web form — ours included.

We haven't published a number yet, and we're not going to put up a placeholder that rings nowhere. The form reaches a person.

Other reasons to write

Not everyone here has a broken door.

You're a garage door provider. Have a read of the providers page first — it sets out plainly what the arrangement is and isn't before anyone's time gets wasted.

Something on the site is wrong. If a guide is inaccurate or a city page says something that doesn't match reality on the ground, we'd genuinely like to know. Being wrong in public is the one thing this site can't afford.

Accessibility. If any part of this site is hard to use with a screen reader, a keyboard, or at high zoom, tell us and we'll fix it. See the accessibility statement.
