Website terms
Use the guides and request form as a starting point, not a diagnosis.
Effective August 11, 2026. These terms describe the informational website, service-request flow, and independent-provider service model.
Informational guidance
Problem pages and form questions explain common symptoms, safe observations, and repair categories. They do not diagnose a door, approve a do-it-yourself repair, or replace an on-site assessment.
Safety
Garage doors contain heavy moving parts and stored energy. Do not loosen, wind, cut, or remove springs, cables, drums, tracks, rollers, or bottom brackets. Stop using a crooked, hanging, off-track, unusually heavy, or visibly unstable door. For injury, fire, electrical arcing, or an active security threat, contact emergency services first.
Request status
Submitting the form records a request for review. It does not create an appointment, guarantee availability, dispatch emergency services, accept a job, authorize work, or charge a payment method.
Service relationships
Work may be fulfilled by independent providers. A market page does not create a local branch, employment relationship, exclusive area, or promise that every address is serviceable. Form-based routing is a review recommendation, not a professional diagnosis.
Scope, timing, and price
The provider confirms the actual diagnosis, work scope, exclusions, scheduling, and price. Website content and form submission do not create a fixed price, warranty, arrival time, or repair guarantee.
Website availability
Pages, data, intake availability, and tools may change as service information is reviewed. A technical submission receipt does not mean a provider has accepted or completed the request.
